As co-founder, Jerry has brokered, managed, invested in, and developed multi-family properties and operated the property management business for more than 40 years. Jerry graduated from OSU with a B.S. in Business Management, and is a past president of Metro Multi-family Housing Association (now Multifamily NW), the largest association of apartment management companies and owners in the Northwest. He brings a wealth of experience to each opportunity.
As a partner, Alex directs strategy and operations. Prior to Centro, Alex had an extensive career in the energy sector, starting in Paris as a member of the international acquisition team of Electricité de France (“EDF”), the largest utility and nuclear operator in the world, and later became VP. He also headed Mercury Consulting of Barcelona, Spain, leading its team of 110 consultants in Europe and West Africa serving the oil and gas industry. In addition, he has extensive experience in managing complex projects in both property management and real estate. He holds degrees in Political Sciences and in International Business from Panthéon-Sorbonne – Paris.
Christy joins the Westland Investors and Centro Management team as an administrative assistant. Before working at Westland Investors, Christy spent nine years performing high volume administrative duties for two vastly different types of law offices. While working, she went to school and obtained a degree in Interior Design.Two years ago, Christy moved back to Oregon from Texas to be closer to her family. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends.
Grace joins Westland Investors and Centro Management as a marketing specialist. An OSU graduate, Grace comes from a background of small business marketing. She is passionate about creating and promoting a brand identity that conveys the unique personality of each company she works with. When not at work, she enjoys baking, spending time with family and friends and playing with her dog and cats.
Before joining Centro as Accountant, José worked as a Relationship Manager at Key Bank in Oregon. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Portland State in Accounting and Finance. In addition, he is a board member on a local affordable housing non-profit called Bienestar. A long time Oregon resident, he is an avid outdoorsman and loves fishing and hiking.
