As co-founder, Jerry has brokered, managed, invested in, and developed multi-family properties and operated the property management business for more than 40 years. Jerry graduated from OSU with a B.S. in Business Management, and is a past president of Metro Multi-family Housing Association (now Multifamily NW), the largest association of apartment management companies and owners in the Northwest. He brings a wealth of experience to each opportunity.
As a partner, Alex directs strategy and operations. Prior to Centro, Alex had an extensive career in the energy sector, starting in Paris as a member of the international acquisition team of Electricité de France (“EDF”), the largest utility and nuclear operator in the world, and later became VP. He also headed Mercury Consulting of Barcelona, Spain, leading its team of 110 consultants in Europe and West Africa serving the oil and gas industry. In addition, he has extensive experience in managing complex projects in both property management and real estate. He holds degrees in Political Sciences and in International Business from Panthéon-Sorbonne – Paris.
Before working at Westland Investors, Christy spent nine years performing high volume administrative duties for two vastly different types of law offices. While working, she went to school and obtained a degree in Interior Design. Two years ago, Christy moved back to Oregon from Texas to be closer to her family. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Christa studied Business and Graphic Design at College of the Redwoods and comes from a background in marketing and event management. As Marketing Manager for Centro’s property portfolio, she enjoys bringing creativity and thoughtful design into her work. She is passionate about creating marketing that feels unique while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand. Outside of work, Christa enjoys reading, swimming, and spending time with family.

Before joining Centro as an Accountant, Malintha built his accounting experience working as a Staff Accountant in both Portland and Los Angeles. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge. Outside of his professional career, Malintha has a strong passion for aviation and flying. He enjoys exploring new places through travel, reading, and most importantly, spending quality time with his family. His diverse interests and experiences bring a well-rounded perspective to both his professional and personal life.
